Energy efficiency – Beautifully efficient windows

What does the energy efficient window rating tell you?

The Window Energy Ratings system uses a consumer-friendly traffic-light style A-G ratings guide similar to that used on 'white' goods and light bulbs. This ratings label can be used by you to make more informed choices about the energy efficiency of the windows you are looking to purchase. With carbon emissions high on the global agenda and the current high cost of fuel, having an A rated window in one way to make your home more energy efficient.
Energy Saving Recommended

To make it easier for you to know what has achieved a good energy rating the 'Energy Saving Trust' an independent UK-based organisation backed by Government created the 'Energy Saving Recommended' logo. Simply only windows with an energy rating C or above can display this logo. So you can be comforted to know when you see the logo, that the window is energy efficient, and the installer has adhered to strict guidelines.
