Stunning discounts and why we don't offer them!

My name is Tony Wooderson and as Managing Director of Crystal Windows I like to think our customers are intelligent people, who understand in the real world that there is no such thing as a "free lunch". I think they understand that so called amazing discounts of 50% or more can never really be genuine. Any company that can claim to discount by that much must be working with an imaginative pricing structure to begin with! We don't work on 50% profit margins, which means we can't discount by 50% without losing a lot of money. That's because we price things properly in the first place and don't try to creep prices up after getting an order by offering an obviously ridiculous price.

Is it me, or does making ridiculous claims that can't really be delivered just not make sense.

That means I can only ask you to consider Crystal Windows by telling you the truth about us as a company. How we price things and how we go about doing jobs and providing value for money. I've never done a job for a client that didn't understand the way we like to work and appreciate the honesty of it. Yes, we'll bargain hard and try to find ways to ensure you get the best value. Of course we will provide some added extras where we can and yes, we certainly can be negotiated with. But for me that's a world away from making lunatic claims about discounts.

I think it's time for a change in the way we as an industry do business with our clients. I think it's time to change the way people see us as a profession. So no, I won't offer you 50% discounts, but I'll price things accurately and tell you where every penny is spent and for me, that's the best thing we can offer our customers at the end of the day.
